How do I apply TME lashes for the first time?

Start with clean, oil-free lashes — trust me, this step makes all the difference. I love using our Muze Foam Cleanser to rebalance your lash pH and create the perfect base for a lasting hold.

Curl the natural lashes. Next, grab a cluster with your anti-static tweezers and place it just underneath your natural lash line, about 1mm away from your waterline (close enough for a seamless blend, but never touching). Start from the outer corner and work your way in — think lifted, snatched energy.

Then simply press to bond — no glue, no mess, no drama. Our pre-glued formula activates with warmth and pressure, so your lashes lock in effortlessly and look flawless in seconds.

Do I need lash glue or extra products?

Nope! Every TME lash comes pre-glued with a flexible adhesive layer that’s ready to go. Just SNAP.STACK.SLAY

Can i wear Mascara with my TME lashes?

You can — but honestly, you won’t need to. Our clusters are designed to give you that signature Muze Edit look without the extra layers. Mascara can interfere with how well your lashes bond and how long they last, so for the best hold (and that clean, seamless finish), apply your clusters to fresh, oil-free lashes.

Are TME lashes safe for sensitive eyes?

Yes! Muze lashes are latex-free and formulated with gentle materials suitable for most sensitive eyes. If you’re prone to irritation, we recommend doing a quick patch test before your first wear.

What are the TME lashes made of?

All The Muze Edit lashes are crafted from premium Korean PBT silk fibres — ultra-light, soft, and flexible for that barely-there feel. The adhesive is gentle but reliable, giving you comfort and hold that lasts from day to night.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Always. The Muze Edit is 100% cruelty-free and vegan — no animal testing, ever. Because beauty should never come at that cost.

Wear & Reusability

How long will my TME lashes last?

Each set lasts around 3–5 days (sometimes even longer, depending on your self care routine ). To keep your lashes locked in, make sure they’re oil-free before application and try to avoid the lash area when removing makeup.
Each morning , give your lashes a quick gentle pinch with your anti-static tweezers to re-seal any spots that might’ve loosened overnight — and you’re good to go. Effortless, fresh, and ready to slay another day.

Can I sleep and shower and even swim with them on?

Sleep, shower, slay your day — your Muze lashes can handle it. A little steam actually helps re-activate the bond, just don’t stick your face directly under the shower. Think warm mist, not waterfall vibes.
Swimming though? Not the move. Muze lashes use a gentle, short-wear adhesive — they’re made for glam, not deep dives.

How many times can I reuse a cluster?

These lashes are not designed to be reused.

Do they damage natural lashes?

Nope — we’d never. TME lashes are ultra-lightweight and sit just beneath your natural lash line, so there’s no harsh pulling or ripping involved. When you remove them gently, your natural lashes stay happy and healthy.
And if you notice a lash or two come out — don’t panic, babe. They were probably ready to shed anyway. Your natural lash cycle runs every 2–3 months, so a little fall-out is totally normal.

How long will shipping take in Australia?

Standard delivery takes 2–6 business days, depending on where you live. Need them now? We’ve got express options at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Sadly, not at the moment. Stay tuned though, its on the cards.

Can I return or exchange a kit if it’s not right for me?

We want you to love your The Muze Edit experience. For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened / used lashes, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it ASAP — zero hassle.

What happens if something arrives damaged?

Just send us a message within 7 days of receiving your order (a quick photo helps!), and we’ll sort a replacement or refund. Your experience should be as flawless as your lashes.
