1 Processing Time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

2 Shipping Carriers & Rates

We use Australia Post and Sendle for delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions.

3 Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Rural or remote areas may take longer. These timeframes are estimates only; delays caused by carriers are outside our control.

4 Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

5 Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is lost or delayed, contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
If they can’t locate it, email hello@themuzeedit.com.au and we’ll assist you with a claim.

6 Incorrect Address Entries

Please check your delivery details carefully. We’re not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
