Welcome to The Muze Edit (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website www.themuzeedit.com.au (the “Site”) and all related products, content, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and to comply with all applicable Australian laws.

1 Eligibility & Account

You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase. You agree that all information you provide is true and complete and that you are authorized to use any payment method you supply.

2 Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but variations may occur due to screen settings.
All prices are in AUD. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Prices may change without notice.

3 Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud or stock errors).
Payment must clear before dispatch. Accepted payment methods appear at checkout.

4 Shipping & Delivery

Orders dispatch within 1–3 business days via Australia Post or Sendle.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only; delays may occur due to carrier issues or external events.
Risk of loss passes to you once your parcel is handed to the carrier.

5 Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your right to a refund or replacement if goods are faulty or mis-described.

6 Intellectual Property

All content, images, product designs, and branding on this Site belong to The Muze Edit.
You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without written consent.

7 Prohibited Use

You may not use this Site for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual-property rights, to distribute malware or spam, or to interfere with security features.

8 Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Muze Edit is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products, except where required by the ACL.

9 Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in Victorian courts.
